Today they want to force birth. What comes next?

First Amendment
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

If you want to defend your rights to decide for yourself what you believe or how you use your freedom, there it is!

The so called "pro-life" folks are phony as hell, hiding behind the title while they prove they are only pro-birth. They seem to think they have the right to demand what they believe removes the rights of everyone else to decide on their own what they choose to believe.

We can debate the religious aspect and get absolutely nowhere because apparently they have not read the entirety of the Bible, or they would see clearly that the right to decide for ourselves with our own freewill was a God given right and each of us will have to account for ourselves, if we believe in God.

Since the 1st Amendment to the Constitution gives us that right as well, then their "moral values" apply only to themselves.

So why are they provided with the power to dictate to anyone else how they should live their own lives? Why would the Supreme Court, who openly support the Constitution, be allowed to subvert it?

These same folks demanded their right to make their own choices with their own healthcare regarding the pandemic. They didn't want to be forced to wear a mask, yet have no problem telling others they have to give birth?

Set aside talk about how they want a victim of rape or incest to give birth. Set aside the fact that they want to force a woman to give birth even if the pregnancy will kill her, and probably what has not been born yet.

Today they want to force birth. Tomorrow they may want to remove the right to use birth control. Remove the right to have tubes tied. Remove the right of a man to choose to have a vasectomy. They may want to remove the medical assistance to become pregnant because a couple wants children because they say it is playing God.

Every right under the Constitution is on the line if they are allowed to demand that everyone else in this country obey their moral thoughts while it is repulsive to most of us because most of us value the lives of the living above the unborn.

UPDATE
If you think that the pro-birth crowd is how all Christians feel, it isn't.

Here are some more from PEW Research
On the other side of the debate, a number of religious groups, including the United Church of Christ, the Unitarian Universalist Association and the two largest American Jewish movements – Reform and Conservative Judaism – favor a woman’s right to have an abortion with few or no exceptions.

Many of the nation’s largest mainline Protestant denominations – including the Episcopal Church, the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) and the Methodists – also support abortion rights, although several of these churches temper this support with the call for some limits on when a woman can terminate her pregnancy. For instance, while the Episcopal Church opposes statutory limits on abortion, it teaches that “it should be used only in extreme situations.”
